Meet the Owner:
Michael Green
Michael Green is the driving force behind the next chapter of Solutions Machining. Originally from New Iberia, Louisiana, Michael brought his Gulf Coast work ethic to Denver in 2016, quickly establishing himself as a standout leader in the regional manufacturing community.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Michael has mastered virtually every role within the shop environment. This cross-disciplinary expertise is the backbone of his ownership style: he isn’t just managing the business; he’s deeply involved in the technical execution, from complex multi-axis programming to final quality inspection.
As the new owner of a 30-year legacy brand, Michael’s vision is simple: combine deep-rooted traditional craftsmanship with the cutting edge of CNC technology. For Michael, quality isn't just a metric—it’s a personal signature on every part that leaves the floor.
When he’s not optimizing production cycles, Michael is an avid sports fan who values time with his loved ones and exploring the rugged, world-class landscapes that make Colorado home.

His machining career began as an inspector, learning about maintaining
quality control, precision, and consistency.
FIRST MACHINING POSITION HELD
After inspecting, he moved into an operating role and immediately began learning the nuance of manual machining, CNC programming and operating,
and necessary part-finishing procedures. His operations found him on both day and night crews, as well as emergency support for weekends.
FIRST SHOP MANAGEMENT POSITION HELD
In just six short years, Michael was able to prove himself ready to help others learn and succeed, and so, became Shop Foreman. As the foreman he was responsible for the oversight of a full crew and sales staff.
MOVE TO COLORADO,
BEGINNING OF EMPLOYMENT AT SOLUTIONS
After touring several shops, Michael accepted another operating position and began to familiarize himself with his new Denver based machining community. He soon became the General Manager and assumed more responsibility as the owners began winding down their day-to-day involvement.
FOUNDED GREEN MACHINE 303 LLC
As the previous owners of Solution's were beginning to consider retirement, Michael opened his own banner LLC to continue to provide full service to clients as transitional phases were underway.
PURCHASE OF SOLUTIONS MACHINING
Michael purchased and officially took the helm of Solution's Machining.
He then found a new home for operations and got straight to work, continuing the legacy of locally owned professionalism and quality.
